Latest News!

A lot has been going on this week. We have had a lot of company! Rusty and Mary came and spent the 13th-16th with us. We always enjoy them!! That is a given. I would have wrote more about our weekend experience together, but right after they left we got more company and its been super busy.

So, July 17th-21st Sis. Charlene and her five grandkids, Bro. David and Sis. Collette and their son came in to town. Today, (Saturday) they are hoping to go to the Oregon Coast. We have been wanting to go, however our plans are at a standstill because............

I have morning sickness.

Yep, you read that right.....hehehe This week it has officially begun, and I am not feeling well. I always have a pretty good bout of it for a few months, but its always a good sign of a healthy baby (Good Lord willing). I cautiously share this news since last Fall I miscarried. However, all seems to be good currently and this is one of the many reasons I have been out of blogging action. Lots of company, and the morning sickness battle this week has left me with little energy...lol.

Nonetheless, I hope to pick up blogging full swing again next week. Thank you for the sweet emails. I have really enjoyed them, although I haven't really had time to respond to them. Just know that all is well, but we are on a new journey waiting for our newest addition to arrive in March.

P.S. Prayers are always appreciated for the little one that is waiting to make his debut.

Congratulations! "Waiting to make his debut" is that a God given knowledge? Or just the expected? Your "didn't know if I could do it" post had me wondering. I've been praying for you, hopefully the cloud is short lived and baby is fine. Does it feel strange to think of being a mother of 6? That one was a real defining time for me. Who I am thing. Mom to a big brood. Once again, congratulations, you have beautiful children and you are doing such a great job raising them. I have such a desire to snuggle a tiny one in my arms again, maybe I'll get to borrow a snuggle or two with your little one.:)
Maybe you need to slow down a bit? Getting too tired always makes it sooo much worse.

Congratulations. I really happy for you and your family. I know whether the new addition is another boy or a girl...he/she will be blessed to be borned into your family. I pray that the Father's protection be over you and your child. I pray that you will have a smooth and safe delivery. God bless.

So... my first thought was are you going to have to change your blog URL? After all, it says "homeschooling mom of five boys"!!! My second thought, I hope she's okay, since she miscarried last time. I'll be praying for you. And my third thought, I'm glad you've been having company, I'm glad you posted, and I wonder when the baby is due?

Cheryl: I decided that it was gonna have to be revealed since Ive been sick with company here. It was just time to let the cat out of the bag, since our guests were figuring it out...lol

Gale: I did say "he" didn't I? lol I do think it will be a boy. I really really do, but the Lord make SHOCK me. I agree, I will need to slow down. I think my body is telling me that I will have no choice very soon anyway...hehehe

Nadine: Thank you! I could really use the prayers and so could our little ones. God's will be done!

Neena: I won't change my blog url, probably. I will change my title if I have a girl, but I don't think that will be necessary...lol. March 15th is the due date. This will be the third March baby for us.

I was so excited for you when I knew there was only a hint of good news of another baby to come. However, also worried about your morning sickness to come as well. Take care of yourself Sis.

You make the cutest nephews and I can't wait to see another sweet baby Trina. And we both agree, babies are always a blessing from the Lord. Love you!!!!

Angel said...

LOL, Trina...I am 99% certain. ;) However, I wish I could loan you my "no morning sickness" gene. I was blessed to have inherited that from somewhere (not my mom or sister, unfortunately for them!) I could see myself having more babies...just haven't convinced myself I can afford more! ;)

Trina,
When you hadnt blogged in a week it made me wonder if that would be part of the reason why.

Our prayers will be with you and the one growing within.

You do know that you could probably get your Sister to come visit without her having to come for a baby! LOL j/k
I am very thankful that God chose to bless you again.
