What In The World?

Don't you just wonder what in the world causes you to get sick out of the clear blue sky? No one has been sick around you, you have been taking care of yourself, and your house is relatively clean, so what is the deal?

Today, I thought I felt a little "not right", and when I got up to sit at the computer I actually heard weird liquid sounds coming from my stomach. I even looked down as if to make sure that the sound was truly coming from me, and there wasn't a leak somewhere that I hadn't been made aware of. Sure enough, it was me, and my belly. However, although the sounds were alarming I figured it was just my stomach complaining about getting up so early or something. My body and my mind are often in conflict on the morning issue, you see.

Not long afterwards though I had to run to the restroom, which is where I decided that I would need to bring magazines to keep my brain entertained while my stomach had a little fiesta going on. It was crazy and so unexpected, after all I had planned on working out today. Who had time for this?

So, I have been pushing through. Have even jumped on the scale a few times in hopes that maybe just maybe I was dropping weight, but sadly no. Now everytime I contemplate putting something in my mouth I weigh in my mind whether my stomach and I are on the same page with it. I'm thinking that we are NOT!

I am soooo sorry! Mom's dont have time to be sick! Hope you will be on the up swing soon. I will keep you in my prayers that you will not only recover but that God would keep it from the rest of the family. It seems the more kids you have the longer it takes to get over anything. By the time the last one has it, the first one has something else.

Yuck! You never know, by the end of the day there may be a different reading on the scales. Of course as soon as you rehydrate it will probably go back up..... Sorry.
