Burger King Petition

Burger King has put out a new commercial. It has Spongebob as it's main character and some women dancing around. It is highly sexual and has nothing to do with selling a hamburger. Burger King says that the commercial is geared towards adults, but we all know that SpongeBob is a child's cartoon.

Please take the time to go and put your name on this petition. We, parents, need to stand up to sexual filled content like this that are geared towards our children. Go make a difference. Last time I checked only 22 people had signed it. I know that they will need far more parents complaining before they will remove it. Let's see if we can make a difference by passing this on.

I actually signed it as soon as I read Dana's comment. I think I may start an e-mail and hopefully it will get out to a lot of people to sign this petition.

I signed. I haven't watched the commercial, but I'll take your word for it without watching! I was the thirty-first person to sign. If you send me an e-mail, I'll forward it to everyone on my list.

That is a terrible commercial. I only saw a little bit of it but that was enough. We don't have a tv is that really on television?! On another note I enjoyed reading about your families doings. Didn't get to make it out your way this trip but we are coming out in June and I'm hoping to go to church at P- while we are there.
