Decisions Decisions....

It is hard to decide on the time for meeting. I don't know that the men have made a complete decision on this for Sundays. We have been having our meetings at 3pm, which is odd and completely untraditional. None of our churches do this, but this was the time that we could get the bank on Sundays. At first we felt out of sorts and kind of joked about it, but like anything, after a while we became accustomed to it. It has been nice to have those laid back mornings and early afternoons, time to run errands before company all arrives, Den even got to visit with the boys on scripture for a good hour or more Sunday morning because there was no rush to get around. I am sure we won't be keeping this odd hour, but I have to say that I will sort of miss it. In time it will be a funny memory of, "Remember when we started at 3pm....back in yonder day?" hehehe

When we arrived at meeting yesterday everyone was pretty tickled. We talked about how exciting it will be to get in our own place. It felt so grown up, like a teenager who finally strikes it out on his own or something. It is small, but we don't care, we are all in love with the idea of having our OWN place. We daydreamed about potlucks (crockpot ones), get togethers, and benches. We joyfully appreciated the bathrooms that we could use at our leisure, guaranteed....lol There is even a little "area"off the main room that we can sit with noisy children, or maybe a crying a newborn that will soon be a permanent fixture....

Then church began (had a GREAT meeting), and we went to Bro. Sean and Sis. Marisela's for dinner (thank you for your hospitality). To which we, again, struck up the conversation. Yeah we are all pretty excited!

My hubby says he votes for you to keep it at 3:00 so that we could hit meeting at both places and you could too! (Hint Hint) We are rejoicing with your brethren today!

That is awesome news. I think it is amazing that the church is growing again. It just isn't the same going house to house as it is to have your OWN building. I can't wait until we can visit everyone there and assemble with you all :o)

Wow! How exciting! You've been so blessed in your little assembly... LOL I just got tickled because your little assembly is probably bigger than ours. That's an amazing growth in #s in such a short time. I'm excited for all of you!
