Sharing Clothes

Bathtime was over, and Roman disappeared to get "dwessed". We knew that he would come out with some odd concoction of clothing, but he gleans such pleasure from it that we try to humor him, after all it won't be but an hour before he is back in to his pjs or some other item that is not fit for facing the outside world. However, this time he vanished inside my vast closet where there is no Roman apparel. He was in there for a while when he came back out quite pleased with himself. Somehow he managed to squeeze his 2 year old plump body into a 3 month old shirt of Boaz's. We laughed as he sported it around the bedroom for all of us to get a good chuckle. He willingly jumped on the recliner so we could savor the moment with a photo. He loves loves Bo's socks too. He will either put them on his hands, because we put them on Bo's hands when he was first born, or he shoves his chubby foot inside the newborn sock. Yes, it stretches them out and we have gotten on to him, but there were a couple that were too far gone after he secretly wore them for the first time. We have now declared them to be his "baby" socks, and so he treasures them. I love having a toddler, they truly make me smiiiiiiiiiiile!!

This is a picture after he tugged and pulled the shirt down as far as it will go. It almost looks doable, in an orphanage-homeless sort of way.....hahahaHowever, once he began to wave at the camera the jig was up. No hiding that perfect bellybutton with that shirt. Noooo sirreeee bob!

P.S. Getting the tiny shirt off wasn't as much fun, it was a real tug of war, as you can imagine!
