Peace Pillow Obsession

The funniest thing about these pictures are how Boaz would NOT leave my "Peace" pillow alone. Peace, my foot, this little pillow was being bombarded all the live long day. I just purchased it on sale at JoAnn's, and thought it would look really cute on my green couch. No big deal, right? But I keep finding it upstairs or other places, all over the house. So I thought it would make a funny little post about the challenges of trying to have something cute in a house with a bunch of children. And as I began to take a picture of the pillow Boaz jumped on the couch and streeeetched out his little hand to touch the pillow. I had to laugh.

And so I started to shoot a retake and quickly he hopped up there again to be in the "Peace Pillow" picture...What's with the obessesion? lol (Notice the blurry feet)
One more time....seriously started laughing...by now...
Finally, the other boys who were watching the scene decided that they would like to be in the "Peace Pillow" picture too! Why not...
(Notice who is wallowing on the pillow AGAIN! hahaha)

We have decided that we will have nice stuff when we are old and the kids are all moved out. Oh wait we will have grandkids by then and we will not. Oh well the love of kids is worth it.

Love the whole peace pillow thing. Move it to his bed and he won't be interested anymore. LOL On a different note...Just last week I was talking to my family about my childhood. Told them that I thought the whole "my foot" or "my hind foot" saying came from Bro. Marvin Gray. He has to be the first I ever remember using it (I could be wrong) but isn't it interesting how wording catches and years and years later, here we are still saying these things? Love it how we all touch each others lives.

Putting the pillow on Bo's bed would probably do the trick! lol Is that where that saying came from? I can't think of a different source. The funny thing is that I never say it, but this time it just came out. I think it's weird how a subject that is rarely talked about comes up and then someone else brings it up in the same time frame. Like how you were talking about my foot, and then I type it on my blog. If that makes sense...We DO touch each other's lives in so many little ways. It's pretty neat!
