River and Jilleeanna's Engagement Pictures

Okay, I guess I should have posted the fact that I took these photos of the kids. I absolutely love photography, but I have a LOT to learn. Finding unique poses was a complete blast for me, and as far as beautiful backgrounds there were so many choices to choose from at the coast that it wasn't difficult at all.
River and Jilleeanna were such great sports because the coast was stormy, and when I say stormy I mean crazy winds, rainy and drizzly off and on all day, and the ocean was so fierce that the only color that was consistent in the photos was the white from the caps of the waves. However, Jilleeanna didn't make a single complaint as she whisked her jacket off several times and threw it over a large piece of drift wood. We were all quite taken with her resolve.....*big smile* River being kind and quite smitten with his young bride-to-be wasn't excited about the picture taking experience, but was very willing to stay as long as it took to make us girls happy with our picture choices.
Plus, since everyone else is getting a sweet mention let me just say that Den stayed in tow, holding extra lenses, jackets and umbrellas so that nothing ever needed to touch the wet mud or sandy ground. What a good man I have!!

These are precious! Her hand looks so small in that first photo! I like the one with her hand on his face (and displaying her engagement ring)--very sweet. I also really like the 8th one down. The black and white one is good, too. And the one with her leaning on his chest, eyes closed. Very loving. Someone is quite creative with their poses. Thanks for sharing!

Those are cute pictures! They look so sweet together!!! I love photography too, only I don't like taking pictures of all of the people that attend events because people tend to try to hide their faces, and stuff. Lol. Other than that I LOVE it!
