Church was at our house, this last Sunday morning. It seems that the bank community room, that we use, was full, and unable to accommodate us. So, Den and I stepped up, and volunteered to have it at our home. Luckily, the formal dining room and living room was perfect, for the size of people that attended.
We removed the dining table to the kitchen nook, and we rearranged the couch and recliner. We rounded up 30 seats for everyone. Who knew we had so many chairs? It was nice and cozy. Thankfully, this isn't a regular thing, but it was nice to be able to fit everyone in at the last minute, and in a pinch.
Eric, Den's cousin, came in Friday night from Oklahoma. Our three oldest boys, Den, Eric, and Joel all went salmon fishing Saturday. They enjoyed themselves. I stayed home with the two youngest boys, and laid around a lot dwelling on my nausea......hahaha
Today, I have to run. We still have Eric in, and I need to run River to work. The weeks seem to be flying by with all that has been going on. I can't believe that the BIG church campout is this weekend, and than we will be starting another school year. WOW!

Wow! Life just flies by doesn't it? Your house looks great as a church. Wish I could have sat with you in the spirit.
Alyssa told me that church was at your house. And your house looks really nice as a church, like Mom said.
Well now! How cool is that? Church at your house! My kids would have LOVED that! You amaze me by how much you do, Trina, while dealing with the morning sickness. (((hugs)))

Good for you guys to step up and have meeting in your home....Church house to house is something I never experienced before, but it sounds pretty neat.
You guys are always so good about getting the job done!!
OK, you've peaked my curiosity... what kind of church do you go to? Is it a start up home church? Yeah, I know I'm being nosey... but I'd love to hear more about your church Trina! ~Karlie

I would say it worked well for a church. It was a pretty good meeting too. The news of Alexis's baptisim was like the icing on the cake though. Great Rejoycing
Yes, your house does look great as a church! :-)
Good Job to find 30 chairs at the last minute Trina. Your house again looks beautiful and it makes me miss you.
Trina you really do look like super woman, when you blog everything you do. Amazing how blogging makes it real, what we do in a month.
Love you
I remember when Brewster church was held house to house... then it was held in Bro. Vernon & Sis. Cindy's garage. And it doesn't seem all that long ago to me. LOL Funny, we (Sis. Cindy and I) were just talking about the the other night.
