Why Is This House Sooo Quiet?

The house was so quiet that I lost myself for a bit. Then I came to my senses and thought WHY is it so quiet? So being a good blogger I nabbed my camera for hope, or fear, that I may find something that was blog worthy. Only to discover the legoland that layed before me. What a relief to see that no one (Roman) was into something that they shouldn't be, and that all was well and happy. I think I may need to send a thank you note to Legos for all the moments that I have been able to steal a little chunk of quiet now and then.

I love Legos just for that reason! They keep the boys busy (safely) for long periods of time!

Leggos are the best, kids of all ages love them. Also the worst when they get spread throughout the whole house.

I have moved my blog, still have a few hiccups that we will work on when we get a minute or two. If we can't get them worked out by ourselves I'll call on your superior blogging experience.(you pioneer, you) I will have to get your email address as I can't use the link on your blog due to password issues with our mac since we reinstalled. I will eventually get that taken care of, it is a matter of getting a free minute (rarely happens here). Anyway, thanks for the offer of help.

Nadine: Im glad you are doing better, keep us informed on the rest of it though.

Angel: It is a LOT Of legos...you are only seeing the half of them...hehehe Thanks for stopping by!

Randi: Legos are probably the best toys that I have ever purchased for my boys too.

Mary: On to some fun for sure!! woohooo!! *wink wink*

Michelle: Training Roman to NOT eat them was a challenge for a bit, but they have finally lost their appeal. However, we don't let him play with them all alone still.

Fifi: Yeah that sudden silence is nice, but panic has come over me several times as well. Your post is funny!!

Beth: It could have gone either way with Mr. Roman for sure. He is at that climbing, toilet dunking, cupboard opening stage...hehehe

Gale: Yahoo for the new blog! I left you my email over there (Im sure you know this by now..lol) I will be gone for the weekend, but if you need help when I get back, just give me a holler!

With 3 little boys of my own, I have to say God bless the folks at the Lego company. They are my favorite too - right up there with good books :) Those quiet times are nice aren't they. It's cute to see little Roman just hanging out alongside the big boys.

Rosann: God bless indeed..hehehe I have to admit it was a treat and so sweet to see Roman acting like a big boy with the rest of the gang.

AWwww Legos are so great!

This reminded me of a story my Mother in law told me. She told me anytime as a child, my husband would whistle any time he was doing something he shouldn't. LOL I can just imagine him as a 3 year old whistling and taking something apart.

I should have bought stock in Legos! That is the one toy that my son has loved for just about all his life. He got his first set of building blocks (they were the huge ones, not Lego brand) when he was a year old. He hasn't stopped playing with blocks yet and he's 16!

Hahahaha! I know just what you mean by "the silence." It always leads to something like this. Be glad your house wasn't on fire or something, lol!
