What Are Bobos?

It's Sunday morning and we are standing in the church foyer trying to decide where we are all going to sit. The place is packed, after all its "Super Bowl Sunday" and all the guys are coming to our house after meeting to watch the game. So we decide that we have to sit on one of the front pews. We lead the boys to the bench, with Abram's Batman backpack full of toys to keep him quietly content, and Roman's diaper bag full of everything I would need to remedy a problem that a 2 month old can throw my way. All eyes are on us as we settle ourselves on the pew.

It's a wonderful meeting. Lots of singing and prayers. Beautiful testimonies of God's wonderous love. I am just sitting there soaking it all in when we have a lull in the meeting. It's stone quiet, and I am feeling so much love as I gaze down at Roman, when Abram lovingly smiles at me. I, of course return the favor by sweetly smiling back. He is sitting a few feet away from me on the bench playing with his Batman toys, when he loudly pipes up, "Mama, I am praying for you." I quickly put my finger to my mouth to remind him to be quiet and I nodd sweetly. He then whispers rather loudly, "But Mom, I am praying to Jesus for your BoBos." I am shocked but try to act like maybe Bobos mean anything, but what WE affectionately call them. So I nodd my head and mouth thank you, hoping that no one understood what in the world he is talking about.

After church one of the ministers comes over to Dennis and says I heard your boy say he was praying for your wife. That was very sweet. What did he say he was praying for? Dennis nervously yet amusingly says, "Ohhhhh ummmm her Bobos." The minister laughs and says thats what me and my wife thought he said.
Okey dokey, so my son is a wee bit obsessed, ugggghhhhh.....................
